Q: Who tests our equipment?
A: Your equipment will be tested on your premises by our experienced staff. All employees are fully CRB checked, fully uniformed. Further checks can be carried at your request for security conscious organisations.
Q: Do we need to close down for you to test my equipment?
A: NO. Our employees are fully trained to cause as little disruption as possible. Equipment will need to be turned off but only one at a time for less than 3 minutes. If you prefer KJB PAT Testing do offer an out of hour’s service to include nights and weekends normally for no extra charge.
Q: How will I know what has been tested?
A: KJB PAT Testing will supply a complete list of all items tested. On this list it will state the items barcode (Also on sticker placed on item) the items location and item description. The list can be printed, put on CD or Emailed. This can be supplied daily, weekly, monthly or on completion. Also we can supply tester generated certificates. These certificates can not be forged so you know everything you have been charged for has been tested. It’s very easy for PAT Test companies that use older testers just to ‘slap’ Stickers about.
Q: Do I have to remember to call you out every time my tests are due?
A: For your information the date of next test due will be displayed on sticker placed on item. However a Month before your testing is due KJB PAT Testing will contact you to arrange the necessary tests to keep you up to date.

A: In most cases KJB PAT Testing can be on site testing within one week of the first call to us.
